Allan Dixon from Ireland, 29, has earned himself the title of a ‘real-life Dr. Dolittle’ because of his ability to ‘talk’ animals into posing for a selfie with him. The results are amazing. He seems to befriend any animal he meets! #Consciousvibrancy

Repost/Follow ➡️ @holisticali "Irish scientists have tested coconut oil samples on streptococcus mutans. This is bacteria that glues to our teeth and causes dental erosion. For this reason coconut oil should be the main ingredient in toothpastes and mouth rinsing liquids. And it goes great with baking soda! Coconut oil also kills the fungus Candida albicans very effectively (research) which is thought to play a major role in the manifestation of cancer. Common candida overgrowth symptoms include bad breath (halitosis), chronic fatigue, bloating, irritability, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, severe seasonal allergies, sensitivity to alcohol and products that come into contact with the skin such as deodorant and perfume. http://realfarmacy.com/coconut-oil-than-toothpaste/ #holisticali #toothpaste #coconutoil #BakingSoda IG 👉🏽 @holistictruth FACEBOOK/YOUTUBE/SNAPCHAT 👉🏽 @holisticali SUBSCRIBE TO NEW YOUTUBE LINK IN BIO" #Consciousvibrancy

The Earth is negatively charged, so when you ground, you're connecting your body to a negatively charged supply of energy. And since the Earth has a greater negative charge than your body, you end up absorbing electrons from it. The grounding effect is, in my understanding, one of the most potent antioxidants we know of and may have an anti-inflammatory effect on your body. As written in the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine:4 "It is well established, though not widely known, that the surface of the earth possesses a limitless and continuously renewed supply of free or mobile electrons as a consequence of a global atmospheric electron circuit. Wearing shoes with insulating soles and/or sleeping in beds that are isolated from the electrical ground plane of the earth have disconnected most people from the earth's electrical rhythms and free electrons. … A previous study demonstrated that connecting the human body to the earth during sleep (earthing) normalizes the daily cortisol rhythm and improves sleep. A variety of other benefits were reported, including reductions in pain and inflammation. Subsequent studies have confirmed these earlier findings and documented virtually immediate physiologic and clinical effects of grounding or earthing the body." Unfortunately, few people ever walk barefoot anymore to experience the benefits of grounding. But it is very plausible that some of the people who have converted to barefoot running are experiencing benefits not only from the lack of shoes, but also from the increased connection to the Earth. #Consciousvibrancy Source: https://www.google.ca/amp/s/fitness.mercola.com/sites/fitness/archive/2013/06/14/amp/barefoot-running-bad-or-beneficial.aspx

Benefits of the cobra pose includes: Reduced Stress and Anxiety: Cobra Pose deeply opens the heart for stress reduction and anxiety relief. Roll your shoulders up, back, and down as you push your chest forward to fully pry the rib cage open in the hold. Ease Asthma: By opening your chest cavity in the above mentioned way, this posture helps open up space for your lungs to expand, making it wonderful for dissipating asthma and allergy symptoms. Practice deep breathing once you are in the hold to fully expand the diaphragm. Improved Digestion: Stretching the frontal plane of your body encourages the functioning of the abdominal organs, and simultaneously compressing the low back area invigorates the kidneys. The overall effect is full gastro-intestinal stimulation! Strength and Flexibility: Strengthen your spine, gluteal muscles, thighs, arms and shoulders in just one pose. Cobra Pose also tones your gluteal muscles, providing you with a perky bottom! When it comes to flexibility, it’s important to stretch your belly after doing any core work. Cobra is a simple way to get this done. Reduce Neck and Back Pain: This is especially beneficial for those of us who sit hunched over a desk, steering wheel, or phone all day long. Stretching the muscles in your shoulders, chest, and neck, can relieve tightness in the upper body. Soothe Sciatic Pain: A shooting pain down your leg often comes from an impingement of the sciatic nerve. This could be in your spine or in the muscles surrounding the sacrum and hip area. Either way, the solution is increased flexibility and safe spinal stretching to release tension in the soft tissues. Alternating a low Cobra Pose (elbows deeply bent to soften any spinal impingement) with an engaged Child’s Pose (fingers stretching out in front of you and hips sinking back heavily), will help stretch this area out, and possibly relieve some discomfort in the moment. Listening to what your body needs is key in any advancing yoga practice. The more you pay attention to the depth your body wants to take in that specific moment, the more benefits you stand to gain from your Cobra Pose. #Consciousvibrancy Source: https://www.doyouyoga.com
