Along with great nutrition, completing some HIIT after your strength sessions will help you shed fat faster and help you get the results you're after. . TAG your #fitchicktribe to share this sweat session 👭🔥 . Method: 1. 30 second sprints as fast as YOU can go. Sprint for 30 seconds and step off on the side of the treadmill for a 30 second rest. Do not stop the treadmill from running. Repeat this 7-8 times . 2. Low sumo walks 45 second intervals 20 seconds rest repeat this 5 times . 3. Side walk up an incline these killed me ! 30 seconds each side with a 20 second rest repeat this 5 times . 4. Gentle incline walk 5-10 minutes it’s up to you. . Try 20 reps (10 each side) for at least 3 rounds at the end of your workout and believe me you will feel it the next day! . Tip: when lying on your back, focus on your belly button touching the floor underneath you as you are doing the exercises and always remember to breathe.

Keep cardio interesting with this session by @linnlowes ❤🙌 . Divide your session in 3. 1. Flat walk for 10 minutes - keep your max pulse at 50-60% 2. Side jump for 1 minute per leg, repeat twice (4 minute in total) 3. Uphill walk with 100% incline for 10 minutes. Keep your pulse at 60-70%. Repeat these 3 moves 2 times for a total of 48minutes of cardio. . No rest until 48min is done. 😉 . TAG your #fitchicktribe ❤👭
