august_third_collective_napla's Media: #50YearsofPGRNA Dr Imari Obadele (May 2, 1930 – January 18, 2010) THE ANSWER TO FEDERAL OPPOSITION

#50yearsofpgrnaDr Imari Obadele (May 2, 1930 – January 18, 2010) THE ANSWER TO FEDERAL OPPOSITION _ THE answer to federal opposition to black state power is a complex of studied moves POLITICAL, DIPLOMATIC, ECONOMIC, AND MILITARY. The crucial first step is the early acceptance of an essential and inevitable decision by those who seek black state power. This is the decision to withdraw the state (ultimately, withdraw the entire, new, five-state union of Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina) from the United States and establish a separate nation. This is necessary because the inevitable opposition of the federal government would be irresistible so long as it operates within the state; it must be put OUTSIDE the state.Of first importance are the diplomatic moves. As Malcolm X taught, the black man’s struggle must be INTERNATIONALIZED, for it is only within the United States that we are a minority. Joined with other peoples of color beyond the American borders, black men bestow upon white men the status of a minority. The struggle must be internationalized for an even more basic and directly negotiable reason: we must draw to our cause the moral and material support of people of good will throughout the world; this support, correctly used, could impose upon the United States federal government an amount of caution sufficient, when coupled with the military viability of the black state itself, to protect that state from destruction beneath certain and overwhelming federal power. In short, the effort to win public support for the black struggle from the Afro-Asian nations, started in earnest by Malcolm X and maintained so resolutely by Robert Williams, MUST BE CONTINUED AND INTENSIFIED; we must, moreover, continue and intensify the effort to raise serious, substantial questions concerning the status of black people in the United States and bring these questions before the United Nations and the World Court. #newafrikan77wordpress #imariobadele #obadeleians #thestruggleizforland #newafrikancommunist #malcolmites #malcolmx #republicofnewafrika #newafrikanindependencemovement

#50YearsofPGRNA Tap My IG Live Button to Watch or Watch on my FB Republic of New Afrika Political Exile Charlie Hill Provisional Government - Republic of New Afrika __ An African-American revolutionary and fugitive reflects on decades of exile in Cuba Once a political revolutionary in the United States, Charlie Hill has lived in Cuba for 46 years. Part of the Republic of New Africa, a black separatist movement that sought an independent black state in the US south, Hill and members of his group clashed with law enforcement in 1971 in Jackson, Mississippi. The details of the encounter are disputed, but one police officer ended up dead, and Hill was accused of the murder. After hijacking a plane with two other members of his group and rerouting to Havana, he was offered political asylum by the Cuban government, and has made the country his home ever since. Framed around a letter to Hill’s nine-year-old son, this short documentary finds Hill considering his life, legacy and future amid thawing US-Cuba relations, a turn of events that could result in his extradition to the US. In June 2017, the US president Donald Trump rolled back the changes in US relations with Cuba, and as of September 2017, Hill is still living in exile. https://aeon.co/videos/an-african-american-revolutionary-and-fugitive-reflects-on-decades-of-exile- #CharlieHill #Cuba #FidelCastro #malcolmites #malcolmx #republicofnewafrika #newafrikanindependencemovement #NewYork #NewJersey #Delaware #Chicago #Cleveland #Detroit #Milwaukee #Baltimore #WashingtonDC #Virginia #Atlanta #Charlotte #SouthCarolina #NewOrleans #AugustThirdCollective #hakikwelishakur #newafrikan77wordpress #instavideo #instavideooftheday #instapost #thestruggleizforland

#TBT Our position tho, as Rev. Nationalists, is to wage a National Liberation Revolution against u.s. imperialism as a means of degrading its ability to stand up – anywhere – and oppress. Tho primarily upon our backs. It is the obligation of all nations to contribute – or not. We would hope to unite at some point with say, the Inuit Independence Movement, the Hawaiian National Liberation Struggle, the Puerto Rican Independence Movement, etc. etc. to in effect rend this Empire asunder, but We are not under any illusions that We all share a common choreographer. Even tho We all share a common enemy. Classism within the national structures of our cultures has convinced some that We are not even oppressed – that this is just the way it is and soon We’ll have parity with our former captors. The mechanical, bourgeois thinking of these collaborators prevents most from overstanding the reality of colonial hierarchy, i.e. if We are on par with our enemies, whose backs will We be standing on? Whose nations will We be colonizing – have to colonize – in order to reach such heights (read: lows) of depravity? _ II) We in the NAIM are not Marxists, Leninists nor Maoists. We are not because we overstand first and foremost that Marx wasn’t a Marxist. Lenin wasn’t a Leninist and Mao wasn’t a Maoist. These stalwarts were Communists – and to be precise, they were practitioners of Scientific Socialism. Which of course means that each had to apply the science of socialism to fit accordingly with their particular socio-cultural reality, i.e. Mao could not scientifically fit Russian Communism into a Chinese frame, as it was fitted for the user by the Bolsheviks. Consequently, We overstand that We cannot adopt a Chinese Scientific Socialist framework to fit our unique socio-cultural reality here. Nevertheless, We are without question New Afrikan Communists who adhere to Scientific Socialism as a means of ordering our National Liberation. #NewAfrikanCommunist #sanyikashakur #MonsterKody #malcolmites #malcolmx #republicofnewafrika #newafrikanindependencemovement #NewYork #ATL #SouthCentral #california #Losangeles #Detroit #Baltimore #WashingtonDC #augustthirdcollective

[SWIPE LEFT] Guerrila warfare is People's War. It is when armed forces emerge from the people, ever connected to the people, fighting on behalf of the people. The guerrilla is like a chameleon, blending into its habitat, sustained by the energy, support and resources of the people. Without the people, armed fighters are nothing more than renegades, armed bandits with vendettas and agendas that poses more harm to the people than help. Even the noblest intentions cannot successfully advance without sanction and support of the mass base. Central to the failure of the Black Liberation Army in 1970s was the failure of the aboveground liberation struggle to support its fighters. The fighters were applying pressure, while many above ground forces accepted a range of concessions and compromises that resulted from such pressure from militant fighters. Those compromises abandoned national liberation in exchange for colonial reforms (e.g. more jobs, elected office, reform legislation, etc). Ultimately, the people determine when the struggle escalates. Of course, the people makes such determinations only when liberation fighters engage and organize among the people. This is the work that is lacking. No people, no victory. #50yearsofpgrna March 29-April 1st 2018 Republic of New Afrika The Black Nation ( The Obadele Brothers Imari and Gaidi and Wilbur Grattin Dep M.O.F.A. , Herman Ferguson M.O.E. , Mweusi Chui M.O.D. ) March 30-31 1968 Provisional Government - Republic of New Afrika __ As the New Afrikan Creed puts it, we need “land for us to use as a people.” The New Afrikan land claim is laid out in an earlier post. It summarizes why New Afrikan Nationalists believe that we (as a people) can legitimately demand a portion of the United States. We believe our claim is justified under international law, but it must be supported (backed up) by the will, determination, and commitment of enough freedom-loving people. Winning sovereignty and independence, with regard to land, is not an easy task. A quick survey of Earth teaches us that nearly every square mile is already under the control of an existing government. However, we also learn that many claims of sovereignty and independence are being challenged. Our own land claim, then, must be worked out in the ever-changing realities of global politics. Those of us who want political independence must be able to deal with the questions, concerns, doubts, and opposition that will inevitably confront us. #50YearsofPGRNA “ To Save Our Men From Execution “ In 1957, she founded the Universal Association of Ethiopian Women (UAEW) and started to research reparations. UAEW members, at Moore’s behest, began a campaign to encourage African Americans to file a formal reparations claim with the U.S. government before the end of 1963 (100 years after the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation). To advance this agenda, she moved to Philadelphia and led the National Emancipation Proclamation Observance Committee (NEPOC) in 1962. Tasked with planning the celebration of the centennial anniversary of the Emancipation Proclamation, Moore and her followers converted the commemoration into an opportunity to develop a national reparations campaign. The NEPOC developed a reparations claim for approximately 36 million dollars in back pay to be used for African American emigration to Africa, cultural and political development in black communities, and past wages for those who wanted to remain in America __ In Why Reparations, Moore defined reparations, established a historical basis for restitution and laid out her program for payment distribution. For the Louisiana-born activist, reparations was a means for “amends or compensation” for the “loss or damage” of African American lives and labor. Moore claimed that her call for “money damages, for the loss of their ancestors’ fair share of property which accrued by reason of their skills and labors” was not “without apt precedents in the field of law and nations.” She cited payments from West Germany and Finland, as well as the United States’ compensation of Japanese Americans, as evidence that reparations were a standard practice. #queenmothermoore #malcolmites #malcolmx #republicofnewafrika #newafrikanindependencemovement #NewYork #NewJersey #Delaware #Chicago #Cleveland #Detroit #Milwaukee #Baltimore #WashingtonDC #Virginia #Atlanta #Charlotte #SouthCarolina #NewOrleans #Tennessee #hakikwelishakur #newafrikan77wordpress #instavideo #instavideooftheday #instapost #thestruggleizforland
