Part A: #emom16mins 5-8 single leg DB/KB Romanian Deadlifts (R then L) 5-8 single arm DB/KB Rows (R then L) . Part B: For Time (20min cap) 30 Burpees then 3 Rounds 30 Push-ups 10 Deadlifts (185/125lb) 30 Pull-ups 10 Deadlifts (185/125lb) . Then the #tallsandsmalls finished off with some core work . 3 rounds with 1min rest between 1min Partner Med Ball Sit-ups 1min Russian Twists (20/16lb) 1min Candle Sticks . Afterward, the #twotallsonesmalldid a tiny bit of work - they had already rowed 3km prior . 5x10 strict T2B Working up to 5x2 heavy deadlift .
