Not sure exactly when the breakthrough happened but this lift feels like it's changed dramatically over the last month or two and feels so much stronger and consistent, at least the clean portion anyway haha. . . Some days the shining moment isn't the big movements but the accessory stuff. Toes to bar were feeling hella on point. This was my second set and the first set was to even better. I think the secret is to not wear your shoes while doing these 😏. . . Still keeping things light and following coach's instructions to not go over 70% on anything today. . . All around feeling significantly better today than yesterday, and I got that nice post workout high today so feeling pretty great overall. It's surprising sometimes how nervous system fatigue can get you even though muscle soreness is not existent. I paused my first set at 285lb here, really focused on maintaining tension all the way through the movement and trying to keep my body position the same the whole time. This set felt really good, second set I couldn't quite hold it together as well. . . Semi reasonable bench day today too. This is the 20th round and chest pump was the realist. Each round took about 1min to 1:15 to complete. I make 97% of this stuff up when I walk into the gym and hope it works out 🤷🏾‍♂️. Team no plan, just move.
